We believe a successful modern market hall will house independent and entrepreneurial traders, providing a comprehensive range of products and services including:

• Fresh food retailers who provide an exceptionally good blend of foodstuffs, sold with detailed knowledge and friendly customer service.
•The integration of service retail and co-working.
•We believe in supporting traders within an incubator style support structure. This allows new traders to gain advice about the many elements of running a small business, as well as supporting traders to grow and potentially move into bricks-and-mortar sites.
•Leisure offers and an events programme with a focus on regular entertainment and family-friendly events. This will act as a footfall driver to all traders within a market hall.
•Community activities in which grassroots groups can gather and be creative.
•An effective marketing and communications strategy to drive awareness of, and footfall to, the market hall and its operators.
